I'm a writer who specializes in Content and Social Media Management for Double Good Media.

I live in Philadelphia. I have an 11-year-old daughter and am married to Charlie O'Hay, a writer and poet with two books published (he's also my business partner). We have a pit bull and three cats.

Besides working with clients through Double Good Media, I also work as a personal coach to writers through Coach.me, encouraging writers to build a regular writing habit.

I used to blog from 2004-2014, which earned me a bit of (useless) internet fame. I still write for a handful of publications but I mostly focus on corporate work at this juncture. Thanks for visiting my site!
